Stefani Pollack is a full time writer, recipe developer, and TV spokesperson from St. Louis, Missouri, who believes everyone can cook and bake from scratch. She makes her recipes approachable in print and on air through clear instruction and lighthearted narrative. Stefani writes the internationally-recognized baking blog, Cupcake Project. She has been a regular contributor to Parade Magazine online and PaulaDeen.com, and frequently appears on St. Louis morning shows. She has also taught baking classes and has spoken at PR and blogging conferences on niche blogging.
When she’s not creating content or playing with her family, she loves dancing, hula hooping, and hanging upside-down.
